The seeds of DDS Helping Hearts were planted in the year 2000. What began as a humble, grassroots initiative driven by a close-knit circle of friends and family quickly became a lifelong commitment to social work. For over two decades, we operated quietly on a small scale, dedicating our time and resources to uplifting those immediately around us.
However, we realized that the world's challenges require a scalable response. To transform our localized efforts into a massive, paper-backed global operation, we officially registered as DDS (Doing Business As: Helping Hearts) in 2023. Today, we stand as a registered, localized organization bridging the compassion of donors in the USA, Pakistan, and beyond to deliver life-changing aid where it is needed most.
Our Goal
We Work Together To Save Humanity
At the core of everything we do is a single, unwavering mission: "Doing Help To Mankind."
Whether it is providing a steady flow of clean water, funding emergency disaster relief, or ensuring a widow has enough to eat, our goal is to restore dignity, alleviate suffering, and empower the most vulnerable members of our global community.

Global Leadership & Vision
To operate effectively across borders, an organization requires experienced, globally-minded leadership. DDS Helping Hearts is guided by a leadership team deeply embedded in international philanthropy and business.
Our guiding vision is shaped by our leadership’s prestigious roles, including:
Vice Chairman, International Business Forum USA
Vice Chairman, World Memon Federation USA
Through this robust international network, we have successfully raised and distributed vital donations to various NGOs across America, Pakistan, India, and Nepal, maximizing our impact across the Subcontinent and beyond.
Our Core Focus Areas
We believe that helping mankind requires a holistic approach. We don't just solve one problem; we support communities through every stage of life.
Our daily operations and funding are dedicated to:
Sustaining Life: Maintaining lab-tested RO water plants in Karachi, distributing high-quality food and premium spices for family rations (especially crucial during Ramadan), and deploying rapid disaster relief.
Empowering the Next Generation: Facilitating accessible Islamic education for males and females across the Subcontinent, covering school expenses, and organizing youth sports activities, including competitive community cricket leagues to foster teamwork and discipline.
Protecting the Vulnerable: Providing consistent monthly financial aid to widows and needy persons, covering critical health and medical bills, offering housing assistance, and supplying marriage support to ensure families can celebrate with dignity.
